We are a friendly, 100-member Community band based in Dublin, Ohio, USA. The ensemble is a standard concert band, made up of woodwinds, brass and percussion instrumentalists. We strive to create a healthy and enjoyable mix of both the musical and social aspects of such an organization.
We are a community band that focuses on being INclusive, not EXclusive. Members have the opportunity to make new friends and to rekindle their love of playing, which may have been a significant part of their high school or college experience (no matter how long ago that might be!).
The Dublin Wind Symphony performs a diverse repertoire consisting of American and International symphonic band literature, classic marches, show tunes and other contemporary pieces.
Dublin Wind Symphony rehearsals are Monday evenings, 7-9 PM, at Dublin Scioto High School: 4000 Hard Road, Dublin, OH. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come have fun and make music.
If you are considering membership, we encourage you to visit our FAQ page or CLICK HERE to register to join us at one of our Monday night rehearsals.

He earned his Bachelor of Music Degree at Ohio Northern University, where he studied Trumpet with Dr. Edwin Williams and conducting with Dennis Kratzer and John Climer. At The Ohio State University, he studied with Jon Woods, Hilleary Apflestadt, James Gallagher, and Richard Blatti as he earned his Master of Arts in Music Education. He is thrilled to be directing such talented and dedicated people as those in the Dublin Wind Symphony.
