Note: In the event of overwhelming positive response, entries may be limited to the first 12-13 bands.
A completed entry includes two parts:
Part 1 – Due December 1st, 2018
[ ] Online Registration
[ ] Registration Form – Part 1 (Band Information, Program Information, etc…), e-mailed to the Contest Chair
[ ] $350 Entry Fee* (non-refundable). This includes 35-tickets for the festival, paid online or mailed to the contest chair.
Part 2 – Due March 1st, 2019
[ ] Registration Form – Part 2 (Band Roster, Parental Consent Form), e-mailed to the Contest Chair
[ ] 3 copies of all scores, mailed to the DFOB Contest Chair.
[ ] Copies of Permission for new arrangements, mailed or e-mailed to the Contest Chair
